Traffic engineering design relates to the development of customised solutions to enhance the capacity and/ or operational performance of existing transport infrastructure, and the development of new schemes. Our services are guided by national best practice including the Permeability Best Practice Guide, Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS), TII Publications (Standards), Cycle Design Manual (CDM), and the Traffic Management Guidelines (TMG). Where relevant, international best practice is also used to inform designs.
