Traffic and Transport Assessments (TTAs) comprise a comprehensive assessment of a development proposal’s potential impacts on all road users, and the identification, where necessary, of potential mitigation measures. The majority of planning applications will include some form of assessment in the form of a Technical Note, Transport Statement, Traffic Impact Assessment or TTA Report.
Our TTAs are guided by national and local best practice including Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s (TII’s) TTA Guidelines, TII’s Spatial Planning and National Road Guidelines, and County Development Plan Development Management Standards.
