Large-scale Residential Development in Tuam, Co. Galway

Transport Insights is delighted to have supported PHE Engineering & Architecture on a successful planning application to Galway County Council for a 149-unit Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) at Tuam, Co. Galway, subject to conditions. The proposed development represents an important addition to Tuam’s growing residential community and will provide a diverse mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, comprising 16 one-bed, 26 two-bed, 99 three-bed and 8 four-bed units. Transport Insights provided transport and traffic consultancy support on the project, including the provision of a Traffic and Transport Assessment (TTA) and framework Residential Travel Plan (RTP).
