Sustainable Freight Distribution Framework Study

Transport Insights’ team are delighted to have partnered with WSP in developing a Sustainable Freight Distribution Framework Study Report for the Greater Dublin Area.

Freight/ goods movements are a fundamental part of supporting everyday life and at times can be viewed as the silent network that operates behind the scenes.

The Framework Study Report helped to inform freight considerations during the preparation of the recently published Greater Dublin Area Transport Strategy 2022-2042, supporting the Transport Strategy’s Measure FREIGHT 2 (Strategy for Sustainable Freight Distribution), and providing a framework for the further consideration of the role of freight in the Greater Dublin Area.
