Deansgrange Road Housing Development

Transport Insights is delighted to see the construction of 120 apartments on the former Mooney’s Car Garage site at Deansgrange Road, Deansgrange, Co. Dublin. Transport Insights had supported Ditton Investments with a Strategic Housing Development (SHD) planning application at the site, which was granted permission in September 2020. The site is ideally located close to the village of Deansgrange, in addition to having access to high frequency public transport and cycle infrastructure. This impressive building was designed by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, with transport engineering design advice to the scheme provided by Transport Insights.
