Westend Retail Park Development

Transport Insights is delighted to have provided support to Savills Commercial (Ireland) Ltd. regarding a recently granted planning application for Unit 1 at Westend Retail Park, Blanchardstown (owned by DWS Grundbesitz GmbH). The development was for the change of use of the existing mezzanine floor (from storage) to retail/ customer trading along with new short- and long-term cycle parking facilities, electrical vehicle parking and associated works. Transport Insights provided traffic and transport support for the application including preparation of a Mobility Management Plan and a Parking Statement Report.   

This most recent decision from Fingal County Council comes following a grant of permission in 2022 for work to Unit 3 & 5 at Westend Retail Park, for which Transport Insights also provided traffic and transport support.
