Ankita Kirtane

B.Arch, Construction Management, MSc. Sustainable Development

Ankita is a Graduate Transport Planner with Transport Insights. Her primary interests lie in behavioural change, transport planning, and transport infrastructure design. Building upon her background in architecture and construction, her design skills include use of CAD software packages.

Ankita has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture followed by an MSc in Construction Project Management, after which she gained experience working on several construction projects in India.

Ankita came to Ireland in 2020 and she is currently completing her MSc in Sustainable Development from Technological University Dublin. During this course she interned within the Land Use, Planning and Transport Department of South Dublin County Council.

Ankita joined Transport Insights in late-2021 as a Graduate, and her experience to date includes:

• Transport feasibility studies
• Drafting of transport reports
• Transport engineering design support
• Traffic and parking survey data analysis.
