Irish Life Centre Expansion – Transport Engineering Advice

Transport Insights is delighted to have provided transport engineering advice to Irish Life Assurance Plc in relation to the planned expansion of the Irish Life Centre, Dublin 1, for which a Final Grant of Planning Permission was issued by Dublin City Council in April 2022. The commission comprised technical support to the wider design team, and was instigated following receipt of a Request for Further Information in response to the planning application for the ca. 6,700 sqm office expansion. It has built upon similar commissions by Transport Insights on behalf of Irish Life for a range of other retail, office and commercial development proposals throughout Ireland extending back to 2014.
