Clonshaugh Light Industrial Development – Planning Permission

Transport Insights welcomes An Coimisiún Pleanála’s recent decision to grant planning permission for a proposed light industrial development at Clonshaugh, Co. Dublin. Building upon Transport Insights’ support to Genvest ULC in relation to development of the wider Capital Gate site extending from 2018, Transport Insights provided transport consultancy support to the planning application, including preparation of a Traffic and Transport Assessment (TTA) and Framework Mobility Management Plan (MMP). Following a decision by Fingal County Council in July 2024 to refuse planning permission relating to the proposed development’s traffic impact on the strategic road network, our team subsequently prepared a First-Party Transport Submission, which addressed the reason for refusal and supported the appeal to An Bord Pleanála.
