Graiguecullen Housing Development 

Transport Insights is delighted to have supported David Walsh Homes in achieving a grant of planning permission for a total of 196 homes in Graiguecullen, Co. Laois. The site is ideally located close to the centre of Carlow Town, which features a wealth of amenities including shopping, schools, leisure and entertainment destinations. Transport Insights prepared Traffic Impact Assessment and Mobility Management Plan reports, working closely with the project team which included Dooley Cummins Architects + Engineers. A final grant of permission was received during September 2025.
