Dublin Area Bus Network Redesign Project

The National Transport Authority has recently initiated a project to redesign Dublin’s bus network. The redesign project is a key part of the BusConnects Programme, which also includes fare and ticketing improvements and bus infrastructural enhancements.

As a key step in the redesign process, the National Transport Authority last week published the Choices Report, with an online survey now open for the public to share their views. Speaking on the release of the report, Transport Insights’ Managing Director, Ciaran McKeon commented that he “welcomed the recent publication by the National Transport authority of the Choices Report, and looked forward to working alongside Jarrett and his team in developing proposals for Dublin’s bus network throughout the remainder of 2017.”
