South Dublin County Transport Report Appointment

Transport Insights has been appointed by South Dublin County Council to review public transport accessibility within South County Dublin. The evidence based review will be underpinned by detailed analysis of public transport networks and services, and shaped by public and business consultation activities.

The project need has emerged as an action of the County’s Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) 2016-2021, and its findings will be summarised within the South Dublin County Transport Report.

Transport Insights’ Managing Director Ciaran McKeon said of the appointment “we are delighted to have the opportunity to assist South Dublin County Council in reviewing public transport accessibility in the County. We look forward to enhancing awareness of public transport options available to residents within the County, and to identifying potential accessibility gaps and options to overcome them.”
